Acrobatics classes for children offer a fun and safe way to explore new movement skills. Kids learn jumping, acrobatics on the airtrack, and at the same time strengthen their bodies, improve coordination, and increase flexibility. Classes are divided into beginners and advanced levels, so each child can progress at their own pace and enjoy movement.

WORKSHOP STRUCTURE

The lesson begins with a warm-up through jumping exercises or a simple game, followed by a short dynamic stretch.The main part focuses on one specific element, such as handstands, cartwheels, star jumps, or basic flips, teaching it safely and progressively. The session ends with a short mobility and stretching segment, followed by free time for individual practice or play.
