Information

Regular acrobatics classes for children that offer a modern, safe, and fun way to learn new movement skills. The classes are divided by skill level and focus on developing strength, coordination, flexibility, and acrobatics on trampolines and airtracks. The goal is for children to progress at their own pace while building a joy for movement.

WORKSHOP STRUCTURE

The session begins with a warm-up and a short dynamic stretch, and may include a review of previously learned skills.In the main part, we focus on one or two specific elements, working on their technique, practice, and safe execution with assistance. At the end, there is a short mobility and stretching segment, followed by free time for individual practice or play.
