A movement workshop for the little ones, where each lesson turns into an adventurous journey – into the jungle, outer space, or a fairy-tale world. Through playful activities, we develop coordination, balance, and mobility. Emphasis is placed on safe movement and building correct fundamentals without bad habits.

WORKSHOP STRUCTURE

The lesson begins with simple games and light running, followed by a short dynamic stretch. We continue with coordination exercises through animal imitation and activities on various surfaces. The main part focuses on balance, monkey-style obstacle courses, and overcoming challenges. A short playful mini-competition is also included to motivate the children. At the end, the body calms down with deep breathing and gentle stretching.
