Shopping on the e-shop
Providing personal data (name, surname, address, etc.) is necessary to complete a purchase, and if not provided, the purchase cannot be completed. The seller declares that all personal data will only be used for fulfilling the contract with the buyer. None of the provided personal data will otherwise be published, disclosed to third parties, etc., except in situations related to distribution or payment processing of the ordered goods (such as disclosure of name, account number, and delivery address). The buyer gives the seller consent to collect and process this personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the subject of the purchase contract.
The above-mentioned personal data will, in accordance with GDPR, be shared with the card issuer for the purpose of a possible TRA exemption, which allows for a simpler shopping process, and will be used to process the transaction.

Birthday parties
Providing personal data (name, surname, date of birth, etc.) is necessary to fulfill the order, and if not provided, the order cannot be completed. Toboga.cz declares that all personal data (name, address, etc.) will be used only for fulfilling the contract with the buyer, i.e. organizing the ordered party. None of the provided personal data will otherwise be published or disclosed to third parties. The buyer gives the seller consent to collect and process this personal data for the purpose of the order.
Consent to the processing of personal data is valid for 10 years.
Newsletter subscription
Toboga.cz declares that the email address will only be used for the marketing purposes of Toboga (sending newsletters and other marketing materials).
Consent to the processing of personal data is valid until the subscriber withdraws their consent.
You have the right to cancel your consent to marketing communication at any time. In such a case, we will stop sending you all marketing communication. Subscribers can easily unsubscribe from commercial messages by using this form.
